SMC Grievance System

The Sinnar Nagar Parishad Grievance Management App is an official mobile application designed exclusively for municipal staff and department officials to efficiently handle citizen complaints submitted through a WhatsApp-based grievance system.

Citizens register complaints by answering guided questions and uploading photos on WhatsApp. These complaints are automatically categorised department-wise and assigned to the concerned officials. This app enables staff to view, process, update, and resolve assigned grievances in a transparent and time-bound manner.
