I purchased the card and had some token in the wallet lt was fine in the beginning and smooth suddenly l got my account blocket for no reqson and asked that cant renew if back .l gave 5 star in January 2024 but all when emptying by say by day .I contacted the support l was asked to provide extra information documents l did then in the end l got a. Email from support by saying my account is not approved after l used for at least 6 months what a waste.

Not quite. I do wish they offered cashback; it would be a great addition. Still, one feature I really appreciate about the Nebeus card is that I don’t have to stress about converting my crypto to use it. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking to spend with crypto.

2024-08-04	An*****	Updating my review, from 1 to 5 stars. Support helped me with my issue and they were very kind. I have started using the virtual debit card for some purchases without an issue. The service is rock solid. I just wish the app was also available on iOS because that's the platform I use the most.

2024-07-04	Se*****	You should add an opportunity to deposit USDT not only via the high-fee ERC-20 but also via the low-fee TRC-20 (Tron). (UPD). Nebeus doesn't receive fiat deposits from popular neo-banks Revolut and WISE saying that both of those show just themselves as the sender but not showing the ultimate sender; thus Nebeus cannot be sure it's their customer transfering from his Revolut (or Wise) account. Big disadvantage for Nebeus, IMHO. They should find a solution..

2024-01-11	Ko*****	Pure fraud . Don't invest a penny . Te crypto card which uou order and pay for delivery will never arrived and even there is no card activity they shamelessly charge your balance hugely as card fee. Support team either not responding or replying nonsense. Stay away from this app.
