NDDC E-MEMO PORTAL

The NDDC E-MEMO PORTAL is the official digital memo management platform for Niger Delta Development Commission staff. It replaces paper-based memo workflows with a secure, structured, and fully auditable electronic system.

MEMO MANAGEMENT
Create and submit official memos with subject, body, supporting documents, and digital signatures. Route memos through configurable approval chains before delivery to final recipients. Track the status of every memo you have created, received, or acted on.

APPROVAL WORKFLOWS
Approvers receive instant notifications when a memo reaches their queue. Actions include Approve, Return, and Decline — each with mandatory comments where required. Full approval history is displayed on every memo, including captured digital signatures and timestamps for each step.

ON-BEHALF-OF CREATION
Create memos on behalf of a colleague within your department. The memo is attributed to the originator, who reviews and approves it before it enters the main workflow. Both the proxy creator and originator can recall an OBO memo at any stage.

RECALL AND VERSION HISTORY
Recall any in-review memo with a mandatory reason. The memo returns to draft, can be edited, and resubmitted. Every recall and return creates a new version snapshot, giving you a complete audit trail of all changes.

EXTERNAL REQUESTS
View and manage incoming external requests alongside your standard memos from the home dashboard.

NOTIFICATIONS
Receive real-time in-app and email notifications for every workflow event — new memos for approval, approvals granted, returns, recalls, and more.

DIGITAL SIGNATURES
Configure your signature in your profile as an uploaded image or drawn e-signature. Your signature is automatically captured and displayed in the approval history each time you action a memo.

SECURITY
Access is managed exclusively by NDDC IT administration. There is no self-registration. All data is encrypted in transit. The app automatically logs out after 10 minutes of inactivity. Supports dark and light mode.
