OTP is not sending. So hard to log back in if one forgets the password. And Cebuana shops declines in helping with resetting PW for access. They said once you lose access, it can only be resolved in the app. But app does not send OTP at all. Disappointing.

Keeps on popping "no response from server" even if my internet connection is very good. I don't know if my screen got a prob upon entering the OTP,it took time to detect the input.
