2025-01-02	Mi*****	Terrible app experience. Opened the app, signed in, and then the app sent the code to email. I had to close the Boiling Point app to open my email app. Got the code from email, went back to Boiling Point app, and it started all over again. I would need another device to access my email while keeping the Boiling Point app opened for it to work. Hence, I deleted the Boiling Point app.

2024-12-28	Ph*****	I can't sign into my existing account. I had originally signed in using Facebook and attached an email address to my account. I can't sign in again now using Facebook because it requires being linked to an email address, but I can't register a new account because my email address is already being used. I also cannot reset my password because this account was originally signed in using social media. How on earth am I supposed to get back into my account and why is this process so archaic??

2024-09-01	Al*****	Same issue as many others have described. For the past few months, any order with any combination of items attempted on the app has resulted in an error that states, "The items in your order cannot be ordered at this time". Functionally makes the app unusable. All it can do at the moment is scan the barcode after the fact.

2024-07-11	y *****	I believe this same issue has been going on for about a month. When I try to use the app to order, no matter what pick up time slot I pick, the checkout page does not load. Instead, it shows me this message: "The items in your order cannot be ordered at this time." It's been very frustrating. I also check the app to see if I missed any updates, but it is always on the latest update. My device is a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra if that helps with anything.

2023-12-09	ri*****	Anyone else not been getting their points in this past year or so? I've gone twice now and make sure to write my account number on the receipts and even circle it or write a note so they'll see it, but the points never come through to the app. Now I'm just perpetually 37 points away from another $10 off.

2022-09-12	Da*****	You need to get your facebook log in plug in fixed. Whenever I try to log in it prompts "email needs to be associated with facebook account". I DO have an email associated with my facebook, that is why I can create an account in the first place. And when I try to use forget password to attempt to bypass the facebook log in, it just says you used a social account to log in, which makes this an infinite error loop. I cant believe how much time I spent trying to log into a service to pay for food..
