Nursing Care Plans

The app presents example care plans in a structured and easy-to-navigate format. Users can open a selected care plan to view detailed information including:

• Care topics
• Contributing factors
• Symptoms
• Expected outcomes
• Care actions
○ Care tasks

Each example care plan can be viewed and exported as a PDF reference document. Users may optionally select specific care topics using checkboxes to control which content appears in the generated PDF. If no selections are made, the complete example care plan is exported.

All content is available offline and stored locally on the device.
