App doesn't work. Was told it was only beta,but no notes in the play store.

Useless app. I am onboard Regent seven seas explorer & connected to the ships wifi but this app wont go any further than telling me to "use this app to connect to the ships wifi" Even disconnecting & using the app to reconnect wont change the fact that it cant / wont do any more??? The description in the app says it can do a whole lot more but on a Samsung S24 its useless! Dont waste your time downloading this app.
