Call and text guests aboard through the Norwegian Cruise Lines app including Group Chat*.

Easy initial load of the app
Useful countdown feature before the cruise
Ability to monitor daily charges without visiting guest services

Constant crashes and bugs making it difficult to use
Inconsistent connectivity and functionality while on the ship and especially in ports
Poor user interface and navigation, leading to confusion and frustration
Limited functionality for booking excursions and accessing important information
Additional fees for messaging that often don't work properly

Horrible...the app let me apply my credits I got 2 years ago, quoted me a price I was happy with, I submitted the payment, got a confirmation, and now it is trying to charge me 250$ more after the payment submitted. I used to be a huge advocate for NCL, and now I have had nothing but bad experiences with them for a week or more. Looks like its time to check out Royal Caribbean and see if they will honor their pricing and promotions instead of bait and switch their customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This app keeps failing. Slow to load and just doesn't seem to have the same info as the last one. It boring and clunky. Lots of bugs. Can't book dinner do to the available dates keep going g back to day on of the cruise. The spa section closes out when you go to reserve. I missed out on a few dates I wanted. Lack of info in the excursions details. Must have went to a new developer.

It was easy to load, but that's it. I can't get into the app, I just get a blank screen. Every now and then, I get the intro screen, but I can't go beyond that. I can't look at my reservation, I can't book shore excursions...nothing. The old app at least worked, but I was forced to download the "new and improved" app. Fabulous.
