2024-12-04	Fl*****	Your services are very poor I ordered for a pickup for delivery and made payment only for me to call asigned rider,the rider said he is not available for the immediate delivery, ask me to cancel the order but 20% out of my money will be deducted when refund.

2024-10-01	Vi*****	Apparently, this company has shut down, but someone is still running the app and using it to defraud people. I used this app a few times in 2022 and the services were satisfactory. So I decided to use it again. The ordering process was seamless as usual, payment was seamless as usual. But something funny happened after payment, the contact button is not working. 24hrs after placing the order, the order was marked as fulfilled whereas it wasn't. So someone is using this app to defraud people.

You pay ahead for a rider to pick up, but no one picks, and when you cancel, your funds is not refunded. Another level of stealing. Customer service will not respond to your enquiries. I mean why did I trust you guys again. Not again. Very poor service Update I really want to uninstall this app, but I need my funds refunded.

2022-12-07	Vi*****	Tried this app the first time and it was okay. The second time however was terrible. I waited hours for my order to be picked up and the rider kept telling me he was hours away. Why connect me with someone far away? I just had to cancel the ride. Nonsense.

2022-09-24	Ju*****	Ordered a dispatch and by the next day the package had still not been picked up. I have cancelled the order and for two days now I've been waiting for my refund. Such a shame cos the first time I used your service it was okay. There's no means to contact customer support through the app.

2022-09-02	Di*****	And update from my previous review below, well it's 2days now they didn't deliver my package all they did was to pick up the item the next day and held it What's happening I just downloaded this app today since morning I placed an order and paid till now, no Rider picked from the person, despite I left a note for them to pick up early because the person has other errands to run, I even went as far as calling the riders to remind them still not even a call to the person they are picking from ,

Complained to customer care and was told "they don't have any specific time to pickup as long as its same day delivery". Postponed to the following day and still did not pick up my item nor refund. Worst ever

2021-12-18	ty*****	If -5star was possible, that is what I will rate them. This is the most useless dispatch service. I should have trekked or ride on a snail to deliver my item myself. After wasting 8hrs and your rider not picking calls, u tell me u can't deliver today again. With the same speed you use to debit me, pls use the same speed to refund.
