N Cafe

N Cafe is NIBM’s internal meal-benefit and canteen management application for authorized employees and staff.

The app provides a secure and convenient way to manage employee meal accounts and canteen transactions.

Key features include:

• Sign in using an assigned N Cafe account
• Scan employee QR cards for canteen transactions
• View employee meal-credit limits and available balances
• Record authorized canteen deductions
• Review daily transactions and operational reports
• Manage employees, users, and permissions based on assigned roles
• Access the privacy policy and request account deletion

Access to features depends on the permissions assigned to each user. An active internet connection and an account provided by NIBM are required.

Camera access is used only to scan N Cafe QR cards. Camera images are not intentionally saved or uploaded.

N Cafe does not provide banking, lending, money-transfer, or consumer payment services. Balances displayed in the app relate only to NIBM’s internal meal-benefit programme.
