Keeps crashing, not possible to see the runtime or any timer or statistics

App keeps losing connection and is unreliable. Needs to be restarted and loses connection again. None of the great features (set heat Level, temperature, schedule) is working. If lucky, it is possible to turn the fireplace on. Hugely disappointing as it takes away all the features and advantages of the hybrid fireplace and its connectivity. Yes I checked the FAQ and the only solution appears to be deleting and reinstalling the app to keep the connection for roughly an hour.
