Sada POS

Sada POS is a cash register program for cafes, canteens, stores, and street vendors. It works offline: sales, receipts, and shifts are stored on the device itself, and when a connection is established, they are automatically transferred to the server.

SALES
• Products listed as cards with photos - the cashier finds the right item in a second
• Discounts on items and receipts, cash, card, or combined payment
• Return entire receipts and cancel individual items - with a reason
• Link a customer to a receipt and their purchase history

SHIFTS AND MONEY
• Shift opening and closing, X- and Z-reports
• Cash deposits and withdrawals with a reason
• Cash discrepancies are visible immediately at the close of a shift, not at the end of the month
• Safe separate from the cash drawer: rent, salaries, cash collection

WAREHOUSE AND COST COST
• Product receipt, inventory, transfers between locations
• Process flow charts: sold a dish - ingredients written off

REPORTS
• Revenue, average receipt, and profit for a day, week, month, or custom period
• Reports on Products, categories, staff, and opening hours
• Menu engineering: which dishes earn money and which take up space

PRINT
• Receipts for network thermal printers ESC/POS (e.g., Xprinter XP-80)
• Editable receipt template: logo, details, QR code

STAFF
• Roles: administrator, salesperson, employee without cash register access
• Login with PIN, sensitive actions only with administrator PIN
• Salary: rates, accruals, payments, and balances for each employee

MULTIPLE CASH REGISTERS AT A STORE
• Shared catalog and shared shifts between cash registers
• Operation continues even if the internet connection is lost throughout the entire store
