About the science
The BFI-2 (Soto & John, 2017) is one of the most widely cited Big Five inventories — published in Journal of Personality and Social Psychology and used in thousands of studies. Percentiles are computed against published norms using a normal-distribution model. The Pro test follows the NEO PI-R taxonomy of six facets per trait — the framework that has shaped industrial-organizational psychology for decades.
