Login has expired. It expires quite often and in the worst and most annoying moments. You don't have time to use a physical lock and just want to use the app to lock your e-scooter? Nvm - "Login has expired". App does not support google password management so you actually have to use external way to find your pw. Then you got your mail and typed in the? "Please confirm that you are a human by entering this unreadable code" "sorry code was not correct, try again" Use a physical lock to save time.

Seems to be unable to connect and link device unless you have service to your phone. Not sure why that's required but seems like a pretty big flaw if you are in an underground parking garage, just as one example.
