Tikar — Staff management

Tikar is the staff management app for companies that want to comply with working-time rules without paper or spreadsheets: clock-ins, schedules, absences, documents and notifications, all in one place.

FOR THE TEAM
• Clock in, out and pause in two taps, with a live shift timer.
• Check your history by day, week and month, including worked and overtime hours.
• Request holidays and days off from your phone, and check your schedule and shifts.
• If an entry is wrong, request a correction — attaching a supporting photo or PDF if you want: your manager resolves it and everything stays traceable. And if your company proposes a change, nothing counts without your acceptance.
• Your work documents (payslips, contracts) and your profile, always at hand, with an alert when something new arrives.
• A notification bell with your inbox and, if you want, push alerts on your phone.

FOR ADMINS
• Real-time team view: who is working, on a break or out, with today's and this week's hours.
• Staff management, schedules, shift calendar, work locations and absences.
• Requests inbox: approve, reject or propose an alternative, with a full history.
• Share payslips, contracts and other documents with each person, with automatic alerts.
• Reports ready for payroll and labour inspections, exportable as PDF and CSV.

RELIABLE RECORDS
• Clock-ins are immutable: they are never edited or deleted; every correction is a new linked entry with author and date.
• History is preserved and exportable, designed around working-time registration rules in Spain and Mexico.
• Each person only sees their own data; admins only see their company.

IMPORTANT
Tikar is a company app: there is no open sign-up. Your company creates your account and hands you your credentials.

The app is available in six languages — Spanish (Spain and Latin America), English, French, German and Italian — with light and dark themes.
