I reached out on email, phone, LinkedIn everywhere but they're not responding. A team of cheaters and fraudsters. This is a scam, the team must refund the complete subscription money as it wasn't available during the crucial exam time. I'm facing issues since more than five months and no one's is there to resolve. Scammers!!!

2023-07-14	Ke*****	Content in the application is helpful but it is full of glitches and there is no minimum response from the support team when needed ...I've subscribed to the plan and now I'm not even able to login to the application there are such bad glitches ..I've contacted for the help team but there is no single response from them and they are not even available ..

2023-05-23	Aa*****	Idea wise, this is an excellent app on paper. Design and execution wise, it's a complete car crash. Constant image glitches, app crashes, not updating recent data, resetting personal progress, etc. The list of issues goes on. And especially when the month of prelims arrives, not a single person from their end responds. If you can't be accountable, don't make false claims. I think I regret my decision of trusting this app. What a waste!

2022-12-21	Pu*****	An excellent app has turned out to be worst, because of its crashing issues. Current affairs are not updated regularly. If crashing issues are solved, it would be a best app content wise.

2022-02-25	Ni*****	The content is very nice in this app, but the app design is very poor. Some of the sections takes too long to open. Also, the stuffs like budget and ES isn't updated. Everything is tagged with "coming soon" with no fixed date. I feel like I wasted my 3k over something like this. On the top of that, no helpline works and nobody answers anywhere about queries. Therefore it will be nice if you work more on the application's robustness or someday some other app will take you over🙂

Also there is no web version even though they promise to give web access while purchasing the package. I checked their website. There is no login page for web access.
