2026-04-13	Yu*****	これから無料トライアルを始めようとしている方、絶対にやめたほうがいいです。星1つもつけたくありません。以下の悪質なトラブルに巻き込まれました。・無料期間中に解約しようとするとシステムエラーが発生し、退会手続きができなくなる。・エラーで解約できないまま期日を過ぎると、そのままクレジットカード等から強制的に自動引き落としされる。・サポートに「そちらのシステムエラーで解約できなかった。期間中にも全くサービスを使っておらず、今後も使う意思はない。」と問い合わせても、最初は「規約なので返金不可」というテンプレ回答のみ。・さらに返金を要求すると、そこから一切の対応をストップし、現在に至るまでユーザーからの連絡を完全無視して逃亡しています。自社のシステム不具合を放置して解約を妨害しておきながら、都合が悪くなると対話を拒否して逃げる、企業としてあり得ない対応です。これ以上被害者が増えないことを祈ります。軽い気持ちでカード情報を登録すると、エラーを理由に解約させてもらえずお金を抜き取られます。絶対にインストールしないでください。
