2024-04-19	LJ*****	Takes a really long time to load. QR doesn't show up. ID card printing is super buggy which caused people to wait in line for more than 2 hours. What's the point of going fully automated if it would be more hassle for the people. Analysis forms wouldn't load as well. How do you expect the people to fill them up within 1 hour if the app itself won't let you? Horrible experience.
