Poor experience, have to use this app for tickets, I have to pay a service fee for tickets then I have to use an app to access and use tickets. Why?? works poorly while trying to get the phone to work. Downloaded app and still can't access tickets!!! Update for 2026. still not good for acquiring tickets. called they use web not app. wife went to get her tickets,app didn't work, called them and they told don't use app. do it on computer. it's no better for renewing 2027 tickets.

Between last season and beginning of this season, I lost a couple thousand points. Do they expire? Am I only allowed to carry over so many? I should be upwards of 8500.
