NAPA CSA

This reporting tool was developed for NAPA clinicians to easily report safety concerns and allow fingertip access to clinical protocols and educational material.
This app is part of the Patient Safety Evaluation System of the NAPA Anesthesia Patient Safety Institute (NAPSI). NAPSI is a federally registered Patient Safety Organization (PSO). Healthcare providers may report information to PSOs for the aggregation and analysis of patient safety events through the PSES. Information reported to and created by the PSO is deemed Patient Safety Work Product (PSWP). Federal privilege and confidentiality protections are attached to PSWP to encourage providers to share this information without fear of liability.
