The GHS eLibrary is a digital knowledge platform developed by the Ghana Health Service to provide healthcare professionals and staff with easy and offline access to health-related resources, policy documents, Standard Operating Protocols and professional development materials. The platform serves as a repository where users can access electronic books, guidelines, training manuals, and other educational resources relevant to public health and clinical practice.

By digitizing learning materials and making them accessible online on offline, the GHS eLibrary helps reduce reliance on physical libraries, improves knowledge sharing across regions, and ensures that health professionals, whether in urban hospitals or remote districts, can access up-to-date information needed for service delivery and training.
