■ Message Box (Default Messaging App)

· If you set Namgira as your default messaging app, you can receive text messages and MMS, view conversations by type, and compose and send messages all within Namgira.

· Customer names and tags are displayed in the message box, allowing you to immediately identify who sent the message.

■ Customer Management

· Classify customers by leaving tags (Regular, New, VIP, etc.) and notes in their contacts.

· When a call comes in, customer information is displayed on the screen to identify the caller immediately.

■ Mass Messaging
