User reviews are mixed. Many praise the app’s improved stability and its role as a capable remote with solid UPnP and streaming features, plus good search and album art. However, recurring problems persist: frequent crashes, difficulty discovering and pairing with Naim/Focal hardware, and streaming dropouts or platform incompatibilities. The experience often depends on Wi‑Fi quality and router proximity, and some users report UI and navigation issues as well as lack of multi‑room support. Despite updates and some positives, stability and reliable streaming remain key concerns.

2026 edit: Still disastrous software. Refuses to stream over UPnP to my Muso, and Naim intentionally killed internet radio on my Uniti, so that's 4k EUR down the toilet. I bought a 200 EUR WiiM instead and it works flawlessly. 2025: Constantly dropping connection to Muso 1st Gen. after which it can't be used to control the device. Terrible UIUX design. App quality does not match the hardware.
