2020-05-28	Sa*****	I love the convenience of being able to look at my bill and pay it all in one app. My only complaint is I receive NEXT services also through naec and it would be so much better if I could see and access those services through the same app or at least if I could download another app to access my internet, tv, and phone. I pay my electric through the app but then have to go through all the rigmonro of calling n getting transferred to pay my other services. JMO
