The CarePet animal hospital service is for animal hospitals that have made a prior contract with CarePet. Customers who wish to sign a service contract with Care Pet can apply through the ‘Contact Us for Store Entry Application’ button on the login screen.

Care Pet will contact you as soon as your application is confirmed.

1. Certification management of products stored in animal hospitals
- You can authenticate store products through photo authentication.
- The entry fee will be deposited after the care pet inspects the product through photo authentication.
2. Additional purchases of products provided at the animal hospital
- Additional purchases of products provided at the animal hospital are possible.
- The product will be shipped after confirmation of the care pet.
3. Check delivery status of purchased product
- You can check the payment status and delivery status of the purchased product.
4. Check my stall
- You can check photos and products installed at the animal hospital.
5. Application for entry into veterinary hospital products
- You can check the product's ingredient list, reviews from other customers, and detailed information.
- In case of application for store entry, we will contact you separately after confirming the care pet.
6. Experience group management
- If you are conducting a trial group through a contract with Care Pet, you can check the trial group being conducted.
- You can check the pet information of customers applying for a trial group.
