It has to be the most unusual (for a nicer term to use) app in the market! Who would want pictures that wiggle so much and for what reason? Absolutely not for me. If all you want is pictures that wiggle off the page, this app surely delivers! I gave a 1 star app 5 stars just because it does exactly what it says it does!
