2026-07-14	Al*****	The app needs a lot of work....I connect to app through Google fit and it fails to connect more times than not. I have gone through all the steps and now it does work at all. Tried to go through support and I've gotten one response in 3 days when it says they usually respond in 12 hours. Don't use till they fix their issues.

2026-03-01	Ro*****	doesn't read to post the distance anymore 😕 I lost an evening in posting. Hopefully Administration can help me with my lost. I were able to reconnect after hours of checking permissions on both apps. uninstall and reinstall and finally it read each other. still have some issues with grayed out activities unable to add walking indoors or cycling if I had the opportunity 🤔 to do both. Only walking outdoors is available for me sadly.

2025-11-22	Ja*****	Won't post distances properly. I posted an 8 mile run and it keeps recording it as 5 miles. The Strava connect feature only worked once so now I have to upload manually. UI is buggy and not very intuitive so you have to search around to find what you're looking for.

2025-07-08	St*****	Love the challenges, but both apps just run without opening up. I have to login to the site through the web, but it is not the same. Initially, I had a great experience with my first 4, but this last one.... I am not sure what changed.

2025-03-31	St*****	This used to be a really good when they had the partnership with Country Walking magazine for the Walk1000Miles missions. This year is my 4th year doing a mission. Set up a personal mission but in order to post distances I paid £22.99 for Premium, but it's still saying "premium required" every time I want to start adding mileage. Set up a short test route since paying and that's doing the same thing. Sent messages but had no response! UPDATE: Team have been very helpful and problem resolved.

2024-11-25	Jo*****	AWESOME, FUN & easy to use! Created a mission for our company for Breast Cancer Awareness month. It was super easy to create & execute, and there was EXCELLENT customer service along the way. Vanessa was great. The challenge was fun! LOVED the real-time map... and all the interactive features, like posting pictures & words of motivation & encouragement. The Virtual Mission company is very well organized & they make it very easy to navigate the app. We will DEFINITELY be doing another next year!
