they enter double the weight of items so they will charge a lot more for shipping that expected. they pretend they don't know who you are with an empty form when you try to contact their customer abuse from your account. they might not ever acknowledge or respond to any customer enquiries or requests to correct anything. everything they record might be erroneous. I'm worried they will cause problems with customs.
