requires site id which how can you get that? it allows sun power users to see their site but it doesn't show the array map that shows individual panels. this is crucial to verifying everything is working. what they should do is a one time fee to gain access to the features. $100 no one is going to do that.

The app suddenly no longer works properly. It just stopped providing information regarding our solar production. There is no way to troubleshoot or get advice on how to fix it. Logging out or uninstalling doesn't help.
