I had the good fortune to be connected with a customer service rep named "Waki" The way he handled me , with such kindness and compassion. I felt seen and heard. Thank God for people like him. 2026-07-14	Ja*****	Since the last update the app is worthless. Can't add a bank account, can't make a payment, can't change the payment method. It just errors out on everything or just spins and spins and I have to do a force stop. Called customer service but nobody knows why I can't make a payment anymore.
