The Ritual Library holds all your habits with their trigger, target, and streak. Starter path bundles — Morning, Energy, Mindful, and Evening — make it easy to get going without planning everything from scratch.
Focus Grove runs timed blocks tied to individual rituals, from two minutes on water before coffee to fifteen minutes on a midday walk. Each session saves with a note on what made it work.
The Reflection Journal keeps it simple: one win, one friction point, and the next tiny move — nothing more.
