The camera has lost its connection with the app and the app has literally stopped working for a while now. When I try to reconnect the camera to the app, all it says is "Something went wrong. Please try again later." The issue seems to be persisting from a while now and the support team has not fixed the same.

It's been a terrible app. Over the past few weeks, the app has abruptly stopped functioning. The device has abruptly quit operating even in the last three months. However, the app is no longer connected to the device when I tried to log out and back in. The notice "Something went wrong" is displayed by the app. I made numerous attempts, but the mistake kept coming up. The staff has not responded to the numerous emails to the company.
