I reached out to their support team via email, but I haven’t received any response. Poor customer support and unresolved issues make this app disappointing. 2025-01-18	En*****	I was not able to sign in to the App and it showed some network issue. Upon further analysis I came to know that the company domain has expired and so nothing works. Not even local device control. This is just outrageous. there was no notice or nothing. If you are shutting down the organization at least release the source code on Github so that we can continue using our devices in offline mode. I AM ABOUT TO FILE A COMPLAINT ON CONSUMER FORUM.

Every time shows internet is unavailable. Kindly check and help fixing the issue. This is really annoying of you to give product but not maintaing the servers until product lasts. At least let us manually turn on the Bulb, if you are shutting down the company

2024-01-29	ab*****	The app stopped working completely. After clicking on the app icon, the smitch logo comes up and gets stuck there, the home screen of the app doesn't load. Now a new problem, the light doesn't respond to any action taken from the app. and to fix this tried to reset the bulb, and now unable to connect it back to internet. Smitch has really become the worst smart light in the market.

2024-01-24	Ra*****	Very much irritating setup. I used few smart colour bulbs, smart white bulb and one smart plug and know how to configure as I got guidance from support team through phone. The challenge is to setup it. Mostly will lose Wi-Fi connection with the device or it will not detect home Wi-Fi and tried a lot of time and started using the device as normal plug.

2023-11-19	AC*****	I have been using Smitch Smart switch board and smart bulb for more than a year. The performance is ok but sometimes the app get on my nerves. After working perfectly for a stretch of 4-6 months, the app stops responding completely for a few days. Then everything goes back to as it was. I don't know what causes it, but it is very frustrating. I have tried to reinstall the app, cleared the cache, etc for preliminary troubleshooting but nothing works. Please fix this issue SMITCH.

2023-11-18	Bi*****	It looks like they wrapped up service in India without notice. It was working okay except for occasional decoupling from the device; however, now the server is inaccessible most probably because they stopped services in India that too without any notice. Now unfortunately, I am stuck with a device which cannot be controlled without the app, which doesn't work anymore.

2022-07-25	Ni*****	Everything was good till few months back and it worked amazing for me. Now every week the linking with alexa is expired and I have to update it manually. Once linking expired, I can't control the devices or all the routines fail. I am not sure why sessions are getting expired. A huge setback to an automation. I went out for couple of weeks and all my lights were switched on just because the session was expired. It costed me huge electricity charges and wastage of energy.
