User Reviews

User reviews show recurring sign-in/onboarding problems, crashes, and a clunky UX with minimal content (often just links). While some users note the app can perform its intended tasks and includes commissioner tools, reliability issues, data misalignment, and weak support are common frustrations. Key recurring themes are login failures, startup crashes, onboarding blockers, poor UX, and data/integration problems.

Pros

Includes commissioner tools and helps track scouting information.
Does what it was designed to do when it works (basic functionality is present).
App is responsive in situations where it runs correctly.
Some improvements have been made, such as fixing troop differentiation between boys and girls.

Cons

Sign-in/login issues are widespread, with users unable to sign in or stay logged in.
Crashes or white-screen launch errors occur on startup or during use.
Onboarding/workflow blocks prevent moving past the welcome screen or first-run setup.
UX is reportedly poor and the app often feels like a collection of links rather than a feature-rich tool.
Data integrity and integration problems, including misassigned membership data and problematic invitations.

I tried to accept a transfer Scout. I clicked Accept, and then there was a confirmation button but I wasn't able to click it. also tried to filter the roster. I could make selections, but not select any button to apply the filter.
