My Scary Story: True Horror

Everyone has one story like this. The night you heard steps in an empty apartment. The face in
the doorway you have never explained. The place you do not go back to.

My Scary Story takes the two or three sentences you remember and writes them back as a story you
will not want to read in the dark — with its own artwork and its own soundtrack.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Tell what happened. Two sentences is enough. You can dictate it out loud.
2. Answer two or three questions — what time it was, who else was there, what happened before.
3. Get your story back, told properly, with a painted card and a score written for its mood.
4. Keep it to yourself, or put it in the feed.

FOUR WAYS TO TELL THE SAME NIGHT
• Creepypasta — the way it would be told at 2 a.m. on a forum
• Folklore — as something the village already had a name for
• Cosmic horror — as a detail of something much larger, seen by accident
