My Renault

The My Renault app offers a comprehensive suite of features for Renault vehicle owners. Users can easily manage their car information including warranty status, consumable replacements, and manual access. The app facilitates convenient maintenance reservations with real-time network status and estimated cost details. Through openR link and the openR panoramic screen, owners gain remote control capabilities such as remote start, door locking/unlocking, horn and light control, vehicle location tracking, and vehicle status monitoring including fuel and driving distance.

In addition, My Renault keeps users updated with owner-specific events, promotions, membership details, and accessory shopping opportunities. The app supports optional access rights for enhanced functionality like location-based services, photo attachments for inquiries, and digital key usage via Bluetooth. Since September 2023, remote control features extend to smartwatches (Galaxy Watch 4 and newer) running Wear OS 3.0+, enabling vehicle management from the wrist.
