유통기한 5달 정도 남은 제품으로 샀는데 2달 정도 남은 제품으로 왔네요. 해당 제품 말고도 다른 제품들도 날짜 안 지켜서 온게 두 제품 더 있었어요. 임박 상품에서는 유통기한이 곧 가격인데요? 고객센터 힘들게 찾아서 말했더니 다짜고짜 사진을 찍어서 보내라고만 하고는, 제대로 된 사과 먼저 없이 품목별로 포인트 50 퍼 20 퍼 보상해주겠다고 합니다. 유통기한 제대로 안 맞춰온 게 하나도 아니고 여러 제품인 것도 개최악인데 사과 없이 다짜고짜 사진 찍어서 보내라 하질 않나, 포인트 보상도 50퍼 20퍼인것도 참 기가 차네요ㅋㅋㅋ 여기 쓴 거 말고도 할말 훨씬 더 많은데 이만 줄일게요. 이런 식으로 운영할 거면 고객센터 아예 없애는 게 나을 거 같아요.
