There is always shortage of required pet food. Required foods are always available in amages only shows in app but never exist at all.For example I am tried to buy temptation savoury and temptation chicken flavour cat treat.ordered each 10 quantity but there appears message "some products are more than available quantity".But it doesn't show how much quantity is available. I reduced each gradually 9,8,7.....upto 1 but same message is appeared ,thus I was unable to complete my order

Tests your patience this app. Firstly - painfully slow. Second: keeps auto removing the code after taking an eternity to apply. This has been repeatedly brought to their notice as well. But no changes made to ease the user experience!

I purchase urinary s/o diet for my cats who have tiny crystals in bladder. The food is expensive but at MyPetz I get for quiet less price compared to other stores. Occasionally there are additional discounts too. The delivery is quick and customer support is great. I am able to contact them directly on whatsapp or phone and get fast resolution to my queries. Personally I keep looking for better deals on pet food and meds, and i feel that mypetz is a reasonable option for food atleast.
