Take full control of who can reach you. My Own Black List lets you decide exactly what happens when a blacklisted number calls — block it completely, silence it, or just get a warning. No subscriptions, no cloud, no data leaving your device.
📵 THREE ACTIONS PER NUMBER
Every entry in your blacklist has its own individual action:
⚠️ Warn only — The call rings normally, but an overlay banner instantly appears on screen showing who is calling and why they're on your list. You decide whether to answer.
🚫 Auto-reject — The call is rejected immediately and silently. The caller hears a busy signal. Uses Android's native Call Screening API for reliable rejection on Android 10 and above.
🔕 Silence only — The call comes through without any ringtone or vibration. No disturbance, but you can still answer if you choose. The overlay still appears so you know who's calling.
🎭 MASK MODE — BLOCK ENTIRE NUMBER RANGES
Instead of adding numbers one by one, use a mask to block a whole prefix at once:
• +1800* — blocks every toll-free number starting with +1800
• +1212* — blocks all numbers from the 212 New York area code
• +1888* — blocks an entire 888 toll-free prefix
A single mask entry can replace hundreds of individual blocks. Ideal for stopping spam campaigns from a specific area code or carrier prefix.
📵 BLOCK UNKNOWN NUMBERS
Enable unknown number filtering to automatically apply an action to any caller not saved in your contacts. Choose Warn, Silence, or Auto-reject — the same three actions available for blacklist entries.
🪟 OVERLAY ALERT ON INCOMING CALLS
When a blacklisted number calls, a banner appears on top of every other app — including the lock screen. It shows the number, the contact name you assigned, the reason for blacklisting, and the matched mask if applicable.
The alert can also wake the screen and launch a full-screen foreground activity so you never miss a flagged call.

Configure exactly how you get notified:
• Status bar notification with caller details and reason
• Overlay banner drawn over the lock screen
• Full-screen foreground alert that wakes the device
• Custom alert sound — choose any ringtone from your system
Each alert type can be toggled independently.
📋 CALL LOG
A dedicated log screen tracks every blocked and warned call — incoming and outgoing. Each entry shows the number, the action taken, the reason, and the timestamp. The log can be cleared at any time.
📊 EXPORT & IMPORT (XLSX)
Back up your entire blacklist to an Excel-compatible .xlsx file and restore it on any device. When importing, choose to add new entries to your existing list or replace everything. The file includes all fields — number, name, reason, action, mask flag, and date added.
⚙️ MONITORING SERVICE
The app runs a persistent foreground service that monitors all incoming and outgoing calls in real time. It survives app switches, screen locks, and device reboots. Battery optimization bypass is available to ensure nothing is missed.
