La app tiene problemas y es difícil tratar de comunicarse con alguien para preguntar algo. Les envío correo preguntando cómo 4 cosas y solo contestan 1. La app y el acceso a ayuda> muy mal. Los dermatólogos y resultados> bien. Mejoren la app (UI) y tengan mejor atención a clientes

Había tenido buena es experiencia hasta qué la última consulta no llegó nadie a atenderme y su WhatsApp de soporte tampoco contestó. Imagino ya escalaron y no se dan abasto con la demanda pero pues si está gacho que te dejen ahí colgado
