My Muscles - Exercise tracker

• Custom Exercise Logging: Create your own exercises and log them with sets, reps, and weight. The app supports both kilograms (kg) and pounds (lbs).
• Personal Records: The app automatically tracks and highlights your Personal Record (PR) for each exercise, alongside the date you achieved it.
• Workout History: Tap on any exercise to view a complete, chronological history of all your past logs for that specific movement.
• Smart List Rotation: By default, exercises you've just logged move to the bottom of your list, keeping your next exercises at the top. You can toggle this off in Settings if you prefer a fixed order.
• Pause & Resume: Taking a break from a specific movement or dealing with an injury? Pause an exercise to hide it from your active list without losing any of your historical data.
• Flexible Data Management: Complete ownership of your data. Export your entire workout history as a CSV file to view in Excel or Google Sheets, and import CSV backups when switching devices.

Customization:
• Choose between Light and Dark mode.
• Personalize the app with four different color themes (Green, Blue, Red, Yellow).
• Option to hide the "Create Exercise" button once your routine is set up to keep the interface clean.

Premium (Optional): The app is free to use and contains banner ads. If you prefer an ad-free experience, a single, one-time Premium purchase permanently removes all ads.
