2024-09-03	Tr*****	The Lifter is amazing! The app is simple. Sometimes I need to update when I use it so it slows the process but it's up and down, memory stops. And no wonder I have to update it, sometimes it's months before I ever open it... I approve.

2023-11-09	Ma*****	Update 11/9/2023: I spoke too soon. Same bug. Update 11/5/2023: the Sept 30 update fixed my issue. The following is my original review from 8/2023: If you're reading these reviews it's probably because you've spend many hundreds of dollars and probably a weekend installing the Smarterhome system into your garage. I've got bad news for you, the myLIFTER app is garbage on Android and there's no end in sight. Hope you know someone with an iPhone who you can call to get your stuff up and down.

2022-02-24	De*****	I get the thing installed, and one of the lifters does not pair. I did call customer support and they answered the phone. After walking me through it, I was able to get it to pair, but the lifter would not travel up or down. Because I have an android device he said the option is not available to set the low point on an android phone and I needed to find someone with an iPhone in order to set the low point for the lifter. Pretty ridiculous that after spending 800$ I cant get the thing to work!

2021-12-09	Ma*****	UPDATE: another review said "needs location" Turn loc on and verify permissions set on app for location & storage. If that's a general fix why did the CSR I just chatted with didn't know that. If it's that simple at least state that here & send a mess to Downloader. Who sells a product with one interface the doesn't fix it when all the b buttons fall off? This isn't exercise equipment and must be safer than Pellotron and it can work its not Goop. Believewear R me and not avail from Goop

2021-05-23	Ch*****	They app is only catered to Apple! Apple uses a very restricted outdated form of Bluetooth. When trying to use an Android that is from 2018 with Bluetooth 5.0 this app will not support it, let alone my LG Wing with Bluetooth 5.3. If they can provide an update or a remote control I will keep it. If not I will be taking my refund!!!

2021-05-19	Kr*****	I am giving a 1 star rating due to the fact that my lifter needs recalibrated and the only way to do that is with the app on an IOS device. I now have to disassemble and ship my lifter motor to myLifter to be reprogrammed. So not only do I have to take everything down from my ceiling, I have to ship it off, wait for who knows how long, and then put it back up. So now I'm going to have to send in my motor everytime it gets stuck!? What happens when my warranty expires? Am I just screwed?
