In a nutshell the "No show" button disabled the support line don't work. can't cancel if a passenger doesn't show up or answer the phone if you go to another app and back to the myle app the waiting time starts all over again. When you call the support phone nobody picks in the last few days from my experience working night shift. It's very frustrating and after that they took $5 from you if you left. That's a waste if time of money as well. Again that's sometimes other times everything works.

They don't deserve a rating as they don't pay the driver on time, don't pay for the tolls, the dispatchers dont know how to do their jobs, extremely upsetting that you have to wait a whole month to get your pay for 1 week. And since they are not capable of giving payouts on time, you have to go and pick up the checks from their office and if you live somewhere out of their city you again have to pay the tolls yourself, avoid working for Myle and save yourself the misery. Done deserve 1 star even
