MyLand - Music NFT

The Original Music Open Market & NFT Exchange was created to solve the problem
where only about 5% of composed/written songs are ever released, leaving most unpublished.
Musicians or amateur artists can record guide vocals (AR) and register their songs,
which are then sold via auction or instant purchase to musicians, agencies, or trainees.
Sold songs go through professional recording and mastering before being released,
and are also listed as Music NFTs, which can be purchased by fans.
NFT holders receive monthly revenue based on their ownership share,
and creators earn additional royalties with each NFT transaction.
