It is an amazing app. It can help you figure out and understand your breathing patterns. It can provide you information about the time you spent breathing in a shallow way, in a deep way and when the diaphragm is not responding. Very helpful for people under stress, as well as with chronic pathologies. The measure the current stress level is very interesting. It is based on arterial stiffness to figure out this stress you are experiencing is migrating from good state to harmful state.
