I use the app It's fine, in one of the days in the app I did stuff Sent a note took my meds and mood etc now all of a sudden empty as if I've never did anything ??. there's a bug in the app that deletes or hides the data may be it's still in the app but to see ??. the medication reminder is annoying loud and says to much It doesn't matter what I take you can have a reminder without saying all medicines an alarm clock like from your phone but the user picks the sound. fix the bugs in the app.

I've been using this app for around 6 years or so I would have given it a 5 star review until after updating my phone. Finally when I get a new phone it is asking for a username and password that I've never had to use or give. My older phone never needed a username or password so I'm not able to even use this app anymore.
