MyDukan ERP: Billing & Stock

MyDukan ERP is a retail management app for Indian shops — from a single
neighbourhood counter to a chain running ten outlets. It is built for the
counter rather than the back office, and runs the whole shop from a phone:
billing, stock, GST returns and accounts, without a desktop.

SALES
Raise quotations, sales orders, delivery challans, invoices and sales
returns, and convert a quotation through to an invoice in a single tap.
Every document carries GST correctly — CGST and SGST within the state, IGST
across state lines — and produces a print-ready PDF you can share on
WhatsApp straight from the invoice. Line rates refresh automatically when a
price template changes, and every line can be entered with or without tax.

PURCHASE
Record purchase orders, goods receipts, bills and purchase returns, with the
same one-tap conversion between them. IMEI units are bound to the purchase
voucher at goods-in. Stock moves only when a bill is approved, so drafts
never inflate your inventory, and edits are made by cancel-and-clone so the
audit trail stays intact.

MASTERS
Customers, suppliers with multiple contacts, items and brands. Import items
and brands from a curated global catalogue instead of typing them in. HSN
and SAC codes, GST tax templates, price templates, and salesperson and
financier masters for dealers who sell on finance.

SECOND-HAND PHONES
A complete workflow for buying and selling used handsets. Capture seller KYC
with photos, record IMEI and condition grade, and check an IMEI against your
own records before you pay for a device. Sales use the GST margin scheme
under Rule 32(5), so tax is calculated on the margin rather than the full
selling price. Cost price and margin are visible only to owners and admins,
not to counter staff.

STOCK AND IMEI TRACKING
Track new stock and second-hand stock separately, with low-stock alerts and
per-branch levels. Every IMEI-tracked handset has a full history — what you
paid, who you bought it from, when it sold and to whom — searchable by IMEI
from anywhere in the app.

ACCOUNTS AND REPORTS
Receipts, payments, journal and contra vouchers, a running day book, party
outstanding with ageing, and bank reconciliation. More than fifty reports,
including GSTR-1, GSTR-1 HSN summary, GSTR-3B, stock register, stock in
hand, ledgers, cash and bank books, trial balance and sales-profit analysis.
Filter any of them by date range and branch.

MULTI-BRANCH
Each branch keeps its own stock, numbering and item overrides. Move goods
between branches with internal stock transfers and acknowledge them at the
destination. User permissions and MIS reports are scoped per branch.

BUILT FOR A REAL SHOP
A bottom dock and sheet-style pickers make the app usable one-handed behind
the counter. Masters are cached locally and stored encrypted, so the app
opens in under a second. Updates arrive over the air without waiting on a
store release. Users have roles, so staff can bill without seeing your
margins. Device licensing controls which handsets can sign in, and each
company's data stays isolated from every other. The app asks for internet
access and nothing else.
