The app served a limited purpose to help my husband's aphasia. Everything was fine, but suddenly my husband couldn't log in to their higher levels. He found an automated message saying he was unsubscribed when in fact he hadn't unsubscribed. Sent two messages to the company and got no response. In the meantime they have continued to bill his debit card. As a result, he wants to cancel his subscription, and the instructions provided are nebulous. They make it difficult. Very shady practices.

Nothing but a money-making rip-off. Leads you to believe that the user's best interests are a priority when in fact EVERY aspect of this app is designed to sell you something. You no sooner sign up and the sales pitch begins. For folks with speech disorders, the last thing they need is garbage like this to leave them truly speechless! DON'T FALL FOR IT!
