This isn't some bad mobile game or some generic social media, this is an app responsible for thousands of student's futures and yet still hasn't been fixed after countless years and countless reports. It doesn't work and I doubt it'll ever be resolved. Do better. Especially as an academic institution

App keeps crashing. Asked the developer for help and they say its my phone even after trying on numerous phones. Somehow it's a problem with every phone I've tried but not their app. The emperors new clothes or something like that
