The Parent Portal is an app for parents of children

attending therapy sessions at preschools. It keeps you up to date with

what's happening during your child's therapy—without having

to wait for an appointment with a therapist.

WHAT THE APP OFFERS:

View therapists' notes and observations. See

how your child is developing and what goals are

being achieved during therapy.

▸ Home Exercises
Receive exercises recommended by the therapist to

do at home. Mark them as completed and

support your child's development outside of the setting.

▸ Photo Gallery
View photos from therapy sessions.

PIN-protected to protect your child's privacy.

▸ Messages
Communicate directly with the therapists conducting

your child's sessions. Ask questions and

receive answers without waiting for an appointment.

▸ Child Passport
Access to your child's developmental records, including information about their strengths, needs, and therapeutic goals.

▸ Notifications
Receive notifications about new photos, exercises, news, and updates regarding your child's therapy.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY:

We understand that your child's therapy data is extremely sensitive. Therefore, we use:
• Encryption of all data during transmission
(SSL/TLS)
• Secure storage of authentication data on your device
• Gallery protection with an additional PIN or biometrics
• Automatic logout after a period of inactivity

This application is intended exclusively for parents and legal guardians of children participating in therapy at facilities using the Parent Portal system. Access to the application requires login details
provided by the facility.
